Ways to Participate
Even if you’re not interested in participating, volunteering at our Fitness Event is a great way to get involved. There’s tons of details and logistics that go into successfully planning and executing this kind of event, so all extra hands are appreciated. Write to us with details about your time availability, and someone from our team will be in touch with you ASAP.
5 on 5 team games, Co-ed teams, all girl teams, all guy teams.
Traditional Gameplay
The first Half of games days is alway dedicated to standard traditional 5 on 5 gameplay. This helps Newcomers get exposed to the rules, get warmed up and used to gameplay and start to master their preferred positions and play style
All inclusive Games
ALL gameplay style
The second half of our game day events focus on the all inclusive game modes which include ALL guy games ALL girl games, and FULL inclusion. In these games, all the women who arrived at the event will play in teams of up to 8 and compete in a more team and support based game. Same goes for the ALL GUY games. Full inclusion put 8 people co Ed teams against each other in what is known as the final clash of the day to really end the day with a bang. There are slight rule changes for ALL game modes, such as higher number of passes allowed between players.
